We appreciate that there’s a greater need for a varied number of diets and we will always do what we can to accommodate these. We have an experienced team of staff who all understand the importance of special diets and the need to segregate food, use different preparation methods and equipment, and have the knowledge to help adapt our menu to meet your needs.
All of our team whether full time or working an occasional weekend hold a Level 2 in Food Safety, our supervisors have Level 3 in Food Safety and as the owners we both hold an Advanced Food Safety Certificate and have completed our Diploma in Food and Nutrition.
We have a full list of our product ingredients available should we need to check anything for you. Our team are briefed daily as to what is available within the various dietary categories.
We always have gluten free options including hot melted sandwiches, baked potatoes, homemade soup and cakes. We do buy in our Gluten free cakes as there is too much regular flour in our production kitchen to take the risk, they are however as popular as the rest of the range.
Soya milk is always at home in our fridge and where possible we can accommodate dairy free and vegan diets.
